Yorick Ult Timer Bug

Yorick's ult timer on his portrait often displays to his teammates that his ultimate is up when it's really on cooldown. This has been experienced many times with my group of friends, because we all had to try out new Yorick. Minor thing that'd be nice to get fixed <3
