Udyr does true damage somehow?

I am confused and moderately scared by the above seen number difference, as I know for a fact that my build included no true damage source and I never had red buff. Is there another explanation for this, or perhaps the game history is bugged? That I know of, Udyr does not deal true damage without the red buff. I figure putting this out there either raises a question of match history or a question of Udyr doing true damage, perhaps both. Anyone got an idea?
