Bug: My account is banned from joining games?!?

I just got back on from earlier today. I hit play, but no options or any match was playable. It had an error or something below saying I was banned! I don't know how I got banned since I don't get reported or cheat or whatever would get me that type of consequence. I'm beyond furious, and would love to see this issue fixed IMMEDIATELY. If this is some sort of false reporting, I'd be damned to show all my game progress and show all saved games to support to show any and all accusations hindered false.
