Getting kicked from Ranked Champ Select

I keep getting kicked from Champ Select as soon as it's my turn to pick. It makes me wait the penalty time AND I'm losing LP because of it. As soon as it's my turn to pick, it'll kick me and say that I was removed from queue for not picking a champion... I thought it was a fluke the first time, but now I've lost another 10LP because it did it again. Anyone know how to fix this problem? :(
