un fare bonus to purple team when killing dragon with smite while using Poacher's Knife

In several games so far, I have noticed that when purple team use Poacher's Knife's smite on dragon they get bonus movement speed in the same way as they get for killing natural monsters in the enemy jungle (I guess that they also get the bonus gold and the short CD duration but I didn't really look into it good enough). the same thing does not apply to blur team smite, although I didn't had the chance to check if they get this boons for slaying Baron. I'm pretty sure that this a bug, because such a thing break the symmetry between the teams (the right thing to do is to give the bonus to both teams for dragon and Baron or not giving it at all).
