This is a bug and just straight annoying... Rito plez

Every game it seems there is always a problem with a client or something. My friends and i experience this and we get banned for that nonsense. Rubbish i say. I now have to wait 15 mins because ur client crashed when i queue'd for a match, went to go see my full match history and i accepted the match and bam there was a glitched screen (not responding), so i told my friend to dodge and it just seems ridiculous to ban people for ur shitty client.
