Mordekaiser King of Clubs FPS Bug

On Twisted Treeline mordekaiser king of clubs skin cause everyone to look at him to drop in FPS, or at least on the enemy team I go from 60Fps to 23Fps or Below Might I Say My computer is pretty good.

I play on Ultra High and i normally do not Move from 60Fps at all,

Sadly, I do not own this skin, so i can not try to figure out why it happens, item 3070

Based on what i know that causes it, It that when Mordekaiser hits a certain level it starts dropping my frames, because every-time i see that skin its fine at first but towards late game it causes everyones fps to drop and really messes with My Friends and I fps, When we are about to fight him

Anyone Else Have The Problem? I Assume so.

It happens to everyone in the game. I played with that skin on Summoner's rift, and i usually get 100fps but when my character was in view, i dropped to 65-72 fps.
