Sound effect glitch

I went into the Loot page to check on a few items I had:

When I clicked on 2016 Tier 2 Championship icon, it brings up (on the right) the materials to craft them. It also comes with a sound effect noise - well, now there's a constant background noise humming away. I thought I could start a game and it would get rid of it, but doesn't. It only goes when I close the client.

Also, when I click on some of my Project materials, the names would appear all the way at the top. It should be to the right side of the material I have clicked. But at random times, it appears at the top part of my client window.

Finally, I played Aram and got Bard. I don't own Bard, but my item sets in-game had disappeared. I then played another game and got Janna. I got Bard again! I rerolled and got Janna. I own Janna. The item sets in-game had reappeared. I am unsure whether it is because I didn't own Bard. I will play test some more and update you.
