Annie Tibbers Bug

I am currently watching a streamer play against an annie (in aram) and at least 2 people are not seeing Annie's tibbers She has ulted at least twice and i cant see on stream tibbers neither can other peole the streamer is playing with but they can see the tibbers aura where tibbers should be at.
