[GAMEPLAY] - losing Attack Speed w/ devourer

After purchase of devourer enchant on champs like Master Yi, I find that if I use a health pot, I lose about 0.40 Attack Speed which is almost gamebreaking in my opinion. I do not know if I am actually losing the Attack Speed as it is not easy to visually tell, however there is at least a bug with the HUD and you should look into it. This bug was made apparent to me by the streamer Nightblue3, however after testing it in game, I noticed that I also lost attack speed every time I used a health pot if I had purchased the devourer enchant.
