[GAMEPLAY] Braum's ult doesn't go on cooldown when used right before death.

I'm not entirely sure whether or not this bug will work in normals, but today in an aram I played as Braum. I believe during the final auto attack that killed me I activated my ultimate. The ultimate went off as normal; dealing damage, issuing a knock-up and showing the animation. The only issue was that the ult didn't go on cooldown. When I respawned I was instantly able to use the ultimate again with normal effects.
