$$$$$$$$Store Issue resolved tip$$$$$$$

Run league clien on Administrator right click on the desktop icon and click "run as administrator" a pop-up will ask you if u will allow access, click yes. if this doesnt work go ahead and click on the store and it will be black. open either google chrome or IE and store will say server expired and within a few seconds the store will pop out that's how it worked for me! if this doesnt work. by all means cry!
