Queue Bugged?

While a friend and I were trying to join a queue, we kept getting a "there was a problem displaying the ready check," despite both of us getting the ready check and being able to click "accept." We also couldn't select anything but Blind Pick to form our group.

We noticed that during this time no one on our friend bar were able to enter games either. Is there something going on with queues?

I think a lot of us have problems with queue system. But it seems that we have differents problems
