My Patcher only shows half of itself

For some reason, whenever I start up my league, the new patcher is bugged and will only show half of itself. Since I can only see most of the left side, I cant do a reset for the launcher and have to uninstall and re install. Even when re-installing, I can still only see the left side of the patcher. Please help

its your dpi, go to control panel --> (some category) like personalization or some sh__ --> display and adjust your dpi to 100

alternatively press tab until you can accept the terms
