Liandry's Torment Applies on Fizz W Passive [GAMEPLAY]

I realised while playing with builds that applies on all of Fizz's AA's and not just those where W is activated. To test that this wasn't just a graphical glitch i bought a to see if the slow would apply on all auto attacks. Sure enough it did.
