Random black screen and Alt tabbing

while playing i get my screen randomly alt tabbed out to windows and/or this black screen in which i have 0 control of anything no cntrl/alt/delete or any commands i need to restart its rather frustrating and league is the only game that does it does anyone know of a fix for this?
