Account transfer ---> Still not recovered

Hello I posted few days ago about a problem with choosing my summoner name on a account that was transfered, now that problem is done, but my account is 0 XP LEVEL1, without any champion or skin that i owned, no mastery and etc.. Also i am not the only one having that problem , for more detailed info check the discussion in the link above. I type new discussion to remind riot employes that our problem still exists.
