Visual bug regarding Azir's passive and tower construction

During an ARAM game on the Howling Abyss map I encountered a visual bug with Azir's passive icon is not showing up EXCEPT by a smidge showing under the deconstructed towers. I was using the Grave Lord Azir skin and did not see a way to reproduce it other than the towers going down and the icon never appeared until you searched hard for it. Another person in the game has stated that it's happened to them in the base skin as well. You can still construct the tower but the arrow icon isn't showing at all for it.
