Skin Shards And Capsule bugs

I got the MSI orb and a capsule from a level up, from the capsule i got 2 champ shards but only got the BE for one of the shards (twitch). I opened the MSI Orb and got a skin shard (shadow fire kindred) and re-rolled it along with 2 other skin shards. The skin shards were gone but i didnt get a new skin/skin shard. Help please
