Client wont allow to play games.

I was playing a ranked game normally, after the game I went into a duo queue with a friend and we went into champ select and then declared champions and moved onto banning phase (I declared Rengar). I banned Yi to make sure the enemy cant play him but then when banning phase finished mine just restarted and I had to ban again. So i clicked to ban Yi again and then next thing i know is that ive somehow banned yi and declared him aswell. Then when it was my turn to lock in I pressed the lock in button and it kept saying "There was an error in selecting your champion" after this I got kicked for not selecting a champion in champ select (I also lost 3LP). Now the client is completely ruined in that when I restarted it all I get is an empty screen with only the little exclamation point at the top right that says "We have disable transfers while we prepare for the end of the ranked season." I cant do anything other than close the game. After the champion select issue before the black screen my client would load in but my profile, collection and friend list would be non-existent. It says things like my mastery level is 0 when really its 300 and something. The only thing I could do was look at my highlights and thats it. Now an hour later im just having the issue where the little exclamation point at the top right that says "We have disable transfers while we prepare for the end of the ranked season." So now i literally cant do anything and was wondering if someone has a solution?
