Post-Game Connection Timeout

After every game I play there is a connection timeout to the PVP.net servers and i have to restart my client, note that this started same patch as season 5

Same issue, seems to happen after every game.

This seems to happen at least 80% of the time I finish a game. The client reopens with the "Waiting for Stat" window, and after 10 seconds it says "Connect Error: The Request to the PVP.net server timed out".

After I click OK and wait 2 seconds, everything is back up and running again. I'd start a new game, finish it, then get the same issue.

It's really getting annoying, and I have no idea how to fix it.
