Unable to lock during champ selection

Game 1: Position 5: I was last to ban a player, choose champ "Tahm", and hit lock. The button made the animation but did not lock in. Clicked again and again, same result. So I got booted from the game to not locking. Game 2: (after 5 min wait) Position 5: Trying to show my champ selection and it says, "Tahm" in the champ selection, "Ban" instead of select, and to the right "failure to lock will count as a loss" or something like that. Not an issue, it shows my selection of Karma. Gets to my turn to lock in and I the bottom never turns amber so that I can choose "lock."

2 games in a row lost during champ selection. Tried to exit out of the game to restart and had to force close it. Logged back in. (15 min wait for abandonment). Problem fix but not a fun experience during my Bronze to Silver promos.
