Black screen after champion select, I guess i can't play this game anymore.

Right before it shows all the champions loading in it goes black, has the circle and pings like im trying to type something. I've tried so many things and it doesn't work. I feel like my LOL days are over, who do I ask? What can I do? Please help me, it's my day off and I'd love to play a game. Otherwise, back to starcraft, a game with very few problems.
