[Client] Could not connect to server during champion select force to dodge

Played 4 games just fine in ranked, did not close the client between them. On my fifth queue pop once I clicked accept I heard all of the noises of chat but could not click anything, if I clicked cancel it would ask me if I did not care about dodging.
