When changing summoner spells near the end of the pick phase the client gets stuck.

So I am currently waiting for low priority queu to end because for the 3 time in a very short amount of games, when i try to change summoner spells right before the pick phase is over my client time stops And I get stuck on the champion select. Usually after time stops and client freezes I see a message below saying that all my teammates disconnected. When in reality it is my client that froze.

So I have to close the game, and then when I try to open it again It won't let me no matter what I do, so I have to restart my PC. And I just got leavebusted since my teammates remake the game. I didnt take screenshots, because I thought this would not happen again, and because the last time it happen 20 minutes ago, I quickly closed the game the moment it froze. But even If I close the client right at the moment of freeze the game still start for some reason.
