[CLIENT] Bug: Dissabled During Champ Select & Post Game. PATCH 6.1

Description: Client dims and menuse and buttons are not selectable. Chat is readable, but not interactable. It apears as tho the client is behaving like an interaction window is open and the reset of teh client is waiting for an interaction window to close before being available for use.

Order of events: I clicked my champ, I lockedin. Bam I could not type I could not set runes I could not click any thing. BUT I think I could close a notification box. Thx box would have said some thing about the game mode.

Frequency: Very This bug was happening probably 1 to 2 times per every 4 or 5 games in the pbe. Now it is happening on NA. I thought it
