Client won't open.

When I start League Of Legends the League of Legends Splash appears on the screen as usual but then disappears and nothing happens. I tried re-installing LoL and it worked for the first time that I opened the game, then it just wouldn't work. I tried several times and searched the internet for many solutions but never found any that worked for me. Please help.
