[crash] Connection timeout at character select

As soon as I clicked my character it said 'Connection Timeout'. I could still type but could not select characters. I saw my co-pickers selection but when the timer got to zero nothing happened. I was still connected to chat and it said I was in champ select. It counted as a dodge.
