The Syndra Movement Bug

The old Syndra movement bug that has been around for over a year. I think it is time to finally get it fixed.

The issue is when you ult with Syndra with a locked camera. I play with it unlocked, but lock it when needed with space. I encounter the problem every game I play with her. If you ult with a locked camera her movement becomes very jittery, if you keep your camera locked it jitters with her character model and if you unlock it, her player model is jerky as well.
