Rune's incorrect description

idk if this is the best way to tell riot about this, but the "Greater Glyph of Scaling Mana Regeneration" rune's description says it gives "0.06 mana regen / 5 sec per level (1.2 at champion level 18)." The problem with this is that 0.06 multiplied by 18 isn't 1.2 and i found this out because the "Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration" has a similar description "0.065 mana regen / 5 sec per level (1.17 at champion level 18). As you can see the scaling per level is higher for the seal (0.065 to the glyphs 0.06) but somehow it says at level 18 the glyph will be giving more regeneration. I know its small but it really did confuse me at first when i was looking at which rune type had the best scaling mana regen stats. This is kind of a confusing post, i hope im not just missing something and that it all makes sense.
