Refund Glitching

So just today I was in queue for a normal 5v5 and decided to take a look at the shop. I saw that Mordekaiser was on sale for 395 RP. I previously bought Gangplank for the same price so I decided I'd use my last refund token/coin to get my RP back from Gangplank and use it to buy Mordekaiser. Right before I clicked refund I found a match. The match was declined by someone so I went for the refund again and this time I clicked refund at the same time the game finding thing opened. Once again someone was afk in the match maker. I checked to see if I got my refund and I didn't my RP was still set at 5. I checked my refund menu to see that it said that I still had 1 refund toke/coin remaining but it said Gangplank was refunded. I played several matches to see if that'd fix it, It didn't. I restarted my client, and short after I restarted my computer. None of these options seemed to have worked. I'm poor and greedy... plz help me.

Note: I just tried to refund a different champion and I got the same glitch. It still registers me as having both champions though.
