[CLIENT] Missing Champions + Skins + Disconnections via Chat

Hi,

I am a returning player, my account had every Champion (I believe up to Ekko?) and solid amount of Skins before retiring from the game. I downloaded the game a few days ago and played an ARAM after spending some time viewing at the new Client layout and game features (Which I view all the characters I had and skins I have and to look forward to getting).

I came back to play again today as it's my time off from work.. but.. After the recent patch update (which I downloaded today), I am no longer able to play as ALL champions are LOCKED; even Weekly Rotation champions. All purchased/claimed Skins are removed with the champions..

Upon getting into a champion select (tested via Training), I'm not able to select anything as no champions are being listed.

Not only that, upon attempts to close/reopen client- sometimes my account is being disconnected from Chat and not even able to load a single page.

I have viewed Bug pages, etc. And I don't seem to see conversations relevant to my issue - and I would like some help please as I'm quite keen to sit down and start playing again.

I have attempted to fix the issue by:

Removing/Re-adding League Of Legends through Windows Firewall. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game and patch, twice.

Any help or advice for me to try would be greatly appreciated!
