Why???

Que up for ARAM, Everything is fine and working as intended, Loading screen comes up and it is stuck on 100% for 8 minutes, i force close it and reconnect to find out the game started the whole time I was in the loading screen, I try my best to help team come back in the game but we lost due to the game messing up on me, I GET A LEAVER BUSTER WARNING ON MY ACCOUNT AND FORCED TO AGREE TO THE WARNING! Why???
