Leaverbuster Double/Triple time bugg

some times when i got high queue times i watch youtube or something makeing my wifi a bit slower and when i come back to the league screen my timer resets and i was like 18 min into queue and the timer resets so i have to wait 20 more minites and as you can see on this picture https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/278881557345861632/422142581120565259/why_does_riot_hate_me.PNG it ruins my game experience alot please fix this
