[CLIENT] Items sets are deleted and don't save

So I use item sets. A lot. However when I logged in today, after downloading the most recent patch, all 50+ of my item sets were deleted. This has not been the first time that my item set have been deleted. This has occurred at least 4 times in the past. It's wouldn't be such a big problem if I had backed them up but now, after an hour of editing back item sets and backing it up, it turns out that they were all deleted again and then the backup doesn't have any of the item sets either. I have no idea what is wrong or how to fix this issue. I don't even know if it something wrong on my side. I want to know the problem and the cause.

I am literally having the exact same problem and nothing i have been able to find on the internet has helped even remotely, and yes my problem also started about 4-5 days ago. anyone have any idea what to do, i dont mind having to re do my item sets but i dont want to have to do it everytime i log on to league.
