reconnecting during matches, talking on ts3 and other games

Hi guys! I've met with the problem that i cant solve by myself (i read all the forums XD). So the problem is: during a match my screen is freezing and I cant do anything (attempting to reconnect). I have to just leave a game and go back. It happens all the time, like every 2nd game and sometimes twice a game. It also happens in other games like fortnite or teamspeak3. I'd blame my internet but the point is that i can talk with my friends while lol got this lag and vice versa(losing ts3 connection but i can play lol without any problems). Same in the fortnite, I can talk with friends on ts3 but fortnite is freezing(I have to leave a game and there is written: A problem has occured). Its kinda annyoing cause i tried to repair it for a few months. Firewall, antivirus, system change, ipv6 block, drivers. All of them i tried and nothing, maybe i forgot about something. I hope u will find anything! ;D Ps. I wrote to lol support and they couldnt find a solution.
