Odd stuttering while leaving base for the first time.

for some reason every time I leave base for the first time I get these weird stutters and I have no clue what's causing it. it seems to be only on my champ and no one else's.

The problem only happens when I leave base specifically for the first time of the game. doesn't matter how far into the match. I've tested in customs waiting for a few minutes to see and it still stutters. Again it only happens after the first time. anytime I leave base after that it's totally normal. Anyone else have this bug?
