[GAMEPLAY] Infernal Nasus Laugh Spam Removed?

So I was recently playing Nasus, and I use the infernal skin since it's the only one I own, but when I tried to spam his laugh emote, the sound wouldn't replay each time the command was issued. Previously it would repeat it as fast as you could tap the key, but it seems to be not functioning. I found this odd since things like Garen taunts are still spammable. But the peculair thing is that it's only his laugh. His dance spam still replays the sound of his speakers whenever you press ctrl+3.

The steps to reproduce are pretty easy.

1. Play Infernal Nasus
2. Attempt to spam ctrl+4

I haven't been able to use his spam for a while now, and that was a really fun feature that I, and many of my other friends, enjoyed doing. I don't know whether this was an intended change or not, but if it was a planned change, I'd like some context as to why the functionality was removed.
