I keep getting the "You have disconnected" message whenever I load into a game.

So I have been receiving this message more often recently. The "You have disconnected, please check your internet connection and try again." message pops up after loading to 100% in the loading screen before a game. It has cost me some LP and I have already reinstalled the game a couple times.

Here are a few of the games that I had the bug occur. The first 1 was after the reinstall, the second and third are before the reinstall. There are also a few games where the bug occurs but I hit reconnect and it does go through.

Any help will be appreciated.
