(Session has expired) Store bug?

Hey Riot I have a problem and I don't know where/how to report a problem but when I connect to the store I can't seem to connect in let me explain, so I go into the store to purchase something right? but when I click on anywhere else like lets say I want to buy a skin or another champion but when I click to go anywhere else all it gives me is a Session has expired and Commando Galio (although Galio is set there) is this a bug? because I can't seem to go anywhere else but stay in the "featured" part of the store Any help would be nice Sincerely yours

I have the same problem It has been this way for a month or more. Can't buy or do anything in the store. Even most featured items take me to a Session Expired Screen

To all the people that have this problem heres what you do go into the little thing on the bottom left and use the search and then type Internet Options > Privacy. In Privacy CHECK if your settings is on Blocked or higher then medium Cookies,if yes Then Bring it down to Medium Setting and then press Apply, this works so now I can go into the store and buy again, this only works if it is the Session has expired page with Galio
