LOADING SCREEN BUG

Everytime I go to play ranked and it only happens in ranked I can't make it past the loading screen. But in Normal games I have ZERO problems with connecting past loading screen. I would like to know what is going on seriously I've been banned 3 times because of this bug and lost MMR and LP because of this. yes I HAVE REPAIRED LEAGUE and I DO HAVE GOOD INTERNET so tell me what the hell is going on here please it upsets me that it only happens in ranked and never in normal games. Just fix this "bug" because it seems that I'm one of the few people that get this "bug". Also I'm sick of getting LeaveBuster on me all the time and not even when I've raged or left the game seriously help me out here.
