It says that it slows by -5000% (which would be a speed boost) and only occurs for 0 seconds... Can this be fixed when anyone has the chance to do so? I'm on the Oceania server if that counts for anything.
On EUNE the same... TF has also on E 1000% attack speed(?!) and on ulti only 180/150/120 range(so useful) Spells work as usual, only texxt is wrong Please fix ASAP http://imgur.com/a/alAI8
I got these tooltip bugs in my list of encountered bugs now too. Saw them since 6.17 Patch. Even Ryze ults says wrong range.
