i had S+ grade in game with some champions and i dont earn loot or champion shard... look that problem pls... i have to earn 3 chest and ofc i could have lvl 7 or 6 in my champions!

Do you own the champion you played? What mode did you play? Did you have chests available? have you already earned a chest with that champion?

I looked up your match history and found a game of Darius where u went 17 / 9 / 32, if this is the game where u got a S+ then it's not a glitch, you have a chest on Darius already and you cant get a chest on the same champion until the season is over. Also it was an ARAM game, so you dont receive mastery 6/7 tokens from ARAM.
