[GAMEPLAY] fiora ult going on cd without effects and potential w problem(?)

ULT: in one instance, with minions, an enemy fiora and a volibear around me, i cast ult, ult goes on cd, ult effects didn't occur at all. the 4 side vitals hud thingo didnt appear at all, ult just went on cd. not sure whether i double tapped r or not but it was definitely cast and nothing happened (cant remember if voli flipped me at the same time as i cast or not but if its possible to cancel the entire ult with a critically timed cc that might be what happened) this happened with them at moderate to full hp so they didnt die instantly as i cast (i had it all planned out sobs)

W: when the tooltip says "parries all incoming damage" im not sure if that means its supposed to fully nullify a targeted ignite on you or not, but its happened twice: an elise (both times) uses ignite during my w and none of ignites effects occur even after the duration of w has ended (5sec spell being completely cancelled by the .75sec parry) not sure if this is intentional but it seems to happen every time
