Unable to get into a game because of Low Priority Queue and a few more bugs regarding it

Edit: I am finally able to get into a game after contacting riot support. So I have low priority queue because I left a game recently(I know its bad, but sometimes I can't help my ping) and right now I have to wait 20 minutes before getting into a game or at least that was the case.

Right now, I have discovered 3 bugs that could be/are because of low priority queue. 1.Estimated Time does not show. 2. Timer resets back to 20 minutes after around 15 minutes in low priority queue and continues to count down. 3. After timer is done (around 35 mins later), the clock that shows the time you've been in queue for freezes and a match never happens as if I wasn't in queue at all. The client works normally(shop, profile, etc was accessible).

This bug has occurred 10 times out of 10. Please fix this and let me play a game!
