Issues with Jhin

I'm not sure if I'm the only one who's encountered this, but Jhin's ultimate is not working. When I did his ultimate in Twisted Treeline, he just sat there being pretty for the duration of the ultimate. I just believe this is something you should fix, since it would make Jhin more fun.
