I just have a S- with fiora and I didnt have any lvl 6 token for fiora

Its because you weren't ap fiora.

What game mode were you playing? You can only earn the mastery tokens when playing normal or ranked Summoner's Rift. So if you were playing ARAM, Twisted Treeline, or any of the rotating game modes, that is why you did not earn a token.
