MEET YOUR NEMESIS (draft) (Guy didn't choose a champ and I get the penalty) Riot be trollin'

So I joined one of these games, and the guy on the other team didn't pick a champion which means "I" didn't pick the champion since we are picking for each other. The game doesn't start since "first pick" didn't choose , so I was like wow okay let me just start a new Nemesis (draft) game, TURNS OUT, I got the Abandon 15 min queue low priority timer, and the guy who didn't choose the champ for me didn't get a 15 min queue low priority queue timer. Such a Troll by Riot, this needs to be fixed .

How troll. I just came from a draft where I could not select any champion for the enemy team, regardless of how many champions I clicked on, and was given the same 15 minute penalty. I'm hearing about corrupted files after games and lots of crashing.

this just happened to me. no one ever picked a champ for me. now i gotta spend the 15 minutes doing something productive like writing this review. if this happens again and i have to wait for an even longer time, i swear im gonna item 3070
