Perambulate - Is it intentional that you can "zyonya" out of Urgots' ult!?
Is it intentional that you can prevent Urgot's ultimate from reeling you in, if you for example use Evelyn's ultimate at the correct time (like in the video linked)? Is this behavior considered a bug or not?
