Fail to the Rads kernel

I played LOL before dinner. I turned of the LOL. After dinner, I turn on the LOL Patcher and it tells that RADS error. How to fix it? I cannot open the program.

I had the same issue this morning... what i would suggest: right click on the file that you open and click on "Run as administrator" it should work
